Mike Ball, Broker

Having lived in Pavones for about 15 years, Mike owns several properties here in town and is our principal asset and a great broker. His specialties include residential and commercial real estate, with many connections to local farmers, as well as the construction process, after having built several homes in the area and having great connections with the municipality. Dedicated to helping and extremely local, Mike is the best resource in Pavones to any buyer. He is a full time citizen of CR and the proud father and grandfather to his Costa Rican family.

Brian is originally from Charleston, SC and is a local property owner here in Pavones. A member of both the NAR and Costa Rica board of Realtors, Brian has been in CR for over 20 years and has been a full time broker with the biggest firms in the country including REMAX, CENTURY 21, KELLER WILLIAMS and now COLDWELL BANKER. Brian is our administrator and consultant and he loves to help... His specialties include legal, valuation, contract draft, market analysis, appraisal and logistics. He is also a proud father of a lovely Costa Rican daughter.
