Michael Ball

Having lived in Pavones for about 20 years, Mike owns several properties here in town and is our principal asset and a great broker. His specialties include residential and commercial real estate, and he has many connections to local farmers, as well as experience with the construction process. He's built homes in the area from scratch and has great connections with the municipality and the permitting process. Dedicated to helping and extremely local, Mike is the best resource in Pavones to any buyer. He is a full time citizen of CR and the proud father and grandfather to his Costa Rican family.

Brian is also originally from Charleston, SC and is a local property owner here in Pavones. A member of both the NAR and Costa Rica board of Realtors, Brian has been in Costa Rica for well over two decades and is very experienced as a full time broker with the biggest firms in the country including Remax, Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. Brian is our very fluent administrator and consultant and he loves to help... His specialties include legal, valuation, contract draft, market analysis, appraisal and logistics. He is also the proud father to his lovely Costa Rican daughter. 

Warren was born in South Africa and then moved back to his family's hometown in North Carolina to go to college on a lacrosse scholarship. Rather than staying in the US, he travelled back to Namibia with a plan to stay for six months and stayed 10 years. He had come to visit Pavones at the age of just 14 and had immediately loved it and knew that it would be part of his future. Warren now lives and owns rental properties in the mountains above Pavones and is still a wonderful guide, but now on safari with clients in southern Costa Rica rather than in Africa.
